Renegade "BASS" vs Renegade "by OMC"

Does anybody know if there is a difference between the Renegade "BASS" and the Renegade "by OMC" prop models? I know OMC was bought out by Bombardier in 2003 I think and I believe that's why the Renegade is called BASS now, but is there any difference between the two?

Re: Renegade "BASS" vs Renegade "by OMC" (toadseeker)

The Renegade Bass is a small-hub prop (vents over the hub during accelleration) and is generally available in higher pitches (23" to 27") for hi-performance applications.

The Renegade (also called Renegade Off-Shore) is a standard size hub and all exhaust vents thru the hub. Its designed for heavier off-shore hulls and is available from 17" to 23" pitch sizes.

Both props are still available, however BRP renamed the Renegade Off-Shore to Cyclone.
