    Renegade Bass Question

I need help. I just got a Balanced and Blueprinted 25" Renegade Bass prop for my boat from a BBC member; I traded one of my Rakers (26") for it. Will the Renegade run best at the height that the Raker did or will it run better higher or lower than the Raker did. My Raker's ran best at 3.25 inches from pad to center. My boat has a Bob's 6" Hydro plate, so adjusting for the Renegade will be easy My rpm's were at 5800 with the Raker 73.8 gps Light load and only me. How will the Renegade do? I am itching to get to try it out. Thanks in advance.

Probably a little slower, and about 1/2" to 1" higher is where I usually run mine....

I hope you did not get rid of your Raker prop. You will probably want to go back to it after you run the Renegade.

Nope, I still have the b&b Raker as my primary prop.

Roger, I have run the Renegade also after it was worked and it is a good prop and fast but then I bought a TR04, had it B&B and this is a far superior prop. I'm running it about 2" below pad whereas I have run the Tempest about 2 1/2" below. Ran the 4 blade to 73.8 against wind and the 3 to 74.5. Better holeshot and handleing with the TR04. If you can get your hands on one, try it out.
