I figure with all the rain we've had MacBride would be the best choice. Don't wanna go anywhere near the river as fast as it has come up and as fast as they are trying to push the water through. Hope to catch a few spots!

Sucked!!! Water temps were 64 degrees. Blue bird skies, high water and a little muddy for MacBride. I sure can pick the best days to go fishing
. Did pick up a few spots and a couple keeper largemouth. A couple encounters with musky kept me on my toes too. The only thing I could get bit on was a deep diving chartreuse crankbait early and a white spinnerbait (SLOW ROLLED) later.
I went up to Guttenburg, water 68 degrees , blue skies and Windy! got a keeper smally lost a couple others. knew it was going to be slow when I got to the ramp at 8:00 and there were only 6 other trailers there. Oh well maybe next week.
