    Replacing Ranger Trail Brakes

I have a 1997 Model Ranger 519 SVS with a dual axle Ranger Trail with disc brakes. I checked the oil levels and everything seemed fine and it towed great. A couple trips I noticed that the left side brake was getting warm, but other times it would be cool to the touch just about. Oil seemed fine, although the sight glass in all the axles were poorly discolored. I was towing it home this last time, and I believe my left side caliper stuck for good at the last redlight I stopped (about 20 miles from home). It burned up the pads, rotor, and cooked the bearings just about. Enough where it got so hot the oil blew out the seals. I didn't notice it, because obviously I couldn't feel it behind my diesel truck, haha. The axle shaft isn't too awful bad, although it does have some slight scoring. I think it will be okay, but I'll let a friend that runs a machine shop take a look before I proceed.

Anyways, I'm wanting to replace everything, with 100% new over this upcoming winter. Actuator, calipers, rotors, bearings, master cylinder, emergency brake disconnect. I figured it's a 14 year old brake system that rarely gets used so might as well update. The calipers were rusted enough to figure they were the culprit.

I dis-assembled everything, measured the rotor (10") and took a general idea of what I was getting myself into.

What I'm wondering is if there are a brake kit out there (what brands?) that I could buy that would be just a direct bolt on replacement? What all would I need? I'm not real up to date on boat trailer brakes, but I would imagine that they are no different than anything else. Pretty basic really.

    Thanks

Might be cheaper to get an entirely new hub with bearings, calipers, the whole works from the brake mfr or from Ranger.
    So many honey-dos . . . . . so little motivation

Do you happen to know the brake manufacture?

Look on the inside of the rotor for a manufacturer's stamp.
