want a good medium heavy or heavy 7'6 rod not telescopic for throwing 10 and 12 inch power worms and 12 inch jelly worms, want a really light rod that has backbone but a forgiving tip, any suggestions on a good blank?

CastAway BB1. This is an orphaned blank that they designed for Terry Scroggins when he was on their Pro Staff, now that he is gone they donÂt do much to promote it, but it is the lightest most sensitive big blank that I have ever used.
is it a medium heavy heavy or xtra heavy? does it have a really forgiving tip
The BB1 is very similar to other 7Â6Â medium heavy flipping sticks, it compares in power and action to the RX7 IFS904, or the MHX FS904 or the Loomis L904, but it is much lighter and more sensitive than any of those other blanks. The BB2 is much more powerful, Swampland rates them compared to all their other blanks instead of to other flipping sticks which is why they are both rated extra heavy.

The BB1 is a heavy action. The BB2 is the extra heavy and it's a damn telephone pole.
I just recently designed a rod exactly like that.. it's basically a flipping stick with a lighter tip. so there is a ton of power in the bottom end for moving fish out of heavy cover but a light enough tip to feel anything going on. I am using it for fishing large jigs for smallmouth...
