What blank?

I have a custom spinning rod that I won in a drawing. I love this rod, and am trying to figure out what blank it is based on. Where should I look and what should I look for?

Should be a sticker with the length and action plus line wt. if not then it will just be a guess.

if it doesn't have a manufacturer sticker - it should at least have the model on it.
if the builder put a label on it with the size, action and line/lure ratings... see if there is another that looks like a serial number
"imb843" or "c706" for instance... sometimes those are unique to the manufacturer but not always.
