I have a 1995 130HP Evinrude on my Stratos. When I put the hammer down, it now just bogs down and won't accelarate. It acts like it's not getting enough gas. A couple of times it did eventually kick in and come up on plane. Put new Champions and fuel filter in but it didn't help. Befoe I bring it to a mechanic, I would greatly appreciate any help.
