I Have a minn kota 36 volt maxxum pro 101 on my stratos. When I turn the speed control knob to off it still feels like it is on three or four when you hit the button. Any ideas?

something isnt right. off should be off. should be able to turn speed down and be able to count the revoulations of the prop.
Knob may be placed on speed shaft incorectly
I would try to take the speed knob off and turn the speed control by hand ( under the top of the foot pedal, mine is blue )
If it still doesnt go to off, you will need to take it in to a shop as problably the speed switch is bad.
