    1978 evinrude compression question

    i have a 1978 evinrude 115 v4 three cylinders are at 120 and one is 90....my boat use to run at 5500 rpms now (after sitting for 12 years) it will only go to 4000-4500 rpms would this one cylinder at 90 cause this much of a difference?
