I think you can get it at a dealer. I have seen it at mine. I also think there may be a difference in the paint. Regular spray paint didn't stay on my lower long, when I had a 70.

If you go to the top of this page and look it up on the Johnson/evinrude parts catalog. Thats how I found mine at my local dealer.

An Evirude dealer can sell you the paint in a spray can or provide you with a paint code number and you can have it mixed locally and spray it with a gun.
You'll have to provide the model number of the engine to verify what the correct color is.
