    Need some advice please.

I have a 1990 Ranger 365 with same year 150 evinrude and im running a 14 1/4 x 19P prop. Not getting much top end ive heard that a 24P raker will help me out on the top end. My question is i found an original raker size 14 1/2 x24P and im new to boating and do not know if the different size will make it not fit right? id rather ask people that have experience with boat first before i buy it. Also im running it pre mix with the gas and using the 40:1 ratio, is this correct?

    Thanks!

I have a 88 363v with a Johnson 150 and I have a 27p shooter prop and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I also picked up a 24p raker and didn't really like it compared to my shooter

By myself I can get 59mph and around 56-57 with a passenger
The shooter is a 4 blade prop and just hooks up and goes

Also I believe you should be mixing at 50-1
You may want to go to Johnson and evinrude board to confirm

Hello, I have a 1990 362v ranger Nd same year Johnson 150gt. I have found two props best for mine. Do you have a jackplate and if so what setback?
I'm running 6" jackplate and omc renegade 13-1/2 x 23 pitch 4 blade prop . I'm turning 5,500 max done and I also have tried the raker 14x 24 pitch 3 blade. Here are the pros and cons of both,

renegade prop is faster getting on plane, no prop blowout if turning hard, solid between water surface and stable wot

Raker is 2, miles faster, getting on plane is slower and turns more rpms.
I like both. Hope this helps and if your looking for a prop keep me in mind.

Scotty B that prop sounds like something id be willing to try out. How is the hole shot? and are you running a jackplate and could i get your motor settings if you know them?

Javelin90 i do not have a jackplate and what kind of speeds are you getting with each prop?

    Thanks guys!

I have no jackplate also , and my holeshot is like 4.5 seconds on calm water with two 200 lbs guys
That shooter came with the boat from day one
Also my wot rpms are 5450
