    619 Pros & Cons

I am looking to maybe purchase a new boat and Phoenix is high on the list. Just wanted to get some more insight on this boat. Read a lot on the internet about them just wondering what a good price is for this model. Let me know what you guys have to say.
    Thanks

    Re: 619 Pros & Cons (champ171)

I've had my 619 for a year and eight months and have not found the first con about it - all pros! Mine is rigged with Merc but that choice is your own. Ride is excellent, even in rough water. Boat is very stable even with partner on same side or walking around- this is very important to me with my balance problem. Layout is great with plenty of storage. Livewell system works great as I have never lost a fish even without using ice in summer. I upgraded the electronics, trolling motor and also went with tandem trailer- basically have a 719 with 200 instead of 225. Don't be afraid of the removable passenger console- I ordered my rig with it and it has never been in the way to necessitate removing it. If speed is a concern, you should be satisfied. Depending on load and weather conditions, I run 70-74 with tourney load using one of four props to suit conditions. I won't comment about price as when I ordered mine I simply told the dealer how I wanted it and didn't try to deal. No problems- no regrets.

I love mine. I also have one with a tandem trailer. I only have positive things to say about it. Ride and stability is better than most 20'+ boats.

i also have a 619 w/ merc. great boat. even with all the wind we are having lately handles the rough stuff great. mine also is upgraded to most of the std of a 719 but i wanted a single trlr for ease of movement in the garage. the single pulls great. there is really no way to talk price because its all how you rig it.

Any of them. Phoenix dealers are all pretty good from experiences posted here. You have a couple in WI, at least one around Chicago, and a bunch that are on here. Give any of them a call and they will be glad to see what you are interested in.

I have a 619 in stock if you would like to call and talk about it sometime. I think you will be VERY happy with the Phoenix.
