    95 150 60 degree intruder rebuild

I am putting the engine back together. I picked up Three new complete bearing halves that are for the dowel pins in the block that go around the crank. With just the crank in place on the pins when I turn it by hand the middle bearing makes a noise that sounds like it is hitting something. Everything looks good. I can not figure it out. Any suggestions Thanks

Move the bearing and try again.

If your crank is F'd then no sense pursuing that issue. Oil all the bearings and upper and lower main bearings and drop it back on and see how is sounds/feels.
