I don't no how long they last , but they are easy to replace and recarpet. I took my boat to the lake early one morning put it in the water and removed the old wood and replaced it glued the carpet down (only took 2 hrs)and went fishing the rest of the day. Trailor was good to go when I got back ,![]()
I'd use treated 2x4's and water seal them, then glue and staple the carpet. Lowes sells bunk carpet at many of its stores. m
