Pull your plugs and check which on is fouled, either move the plug or move the coil packs around, could be a bad coil.

Check the small orange wires going to the ignition coils. They have a rubber boot on the end where the wire is attached to the coil. Twist and pull them off one at a time and inspect the small pin on the coil (primary circuit) and the wire terminal inside the boot. The terminal on the coil and the one in the boot should be as shiny as a new nickel. If you see a dirty brown color (arcing) the connection is not good and there is too much resistance resulting in an ignition miss. If you find this condition on any of the terminals, clean the coil terminal with a small wire brush and sandpaper. The terminal on the end of the wire will need to be replaced as well. You'll have to purchase the ends from a J/E dealer. It also requires a special crimping tool to install the new end on the wire. If this condition exists on your engine, it will normally run fine initially when cold and start cutting up after the engine warms up.

Checked the firing on all cylinder, standing at the back of motor the bottom cylinder on the left side has no fire , could that be a coil ? changed plug wire still no fire.

You may have just had a loose connection, try it again and see what happens.
