He wants to know the difference in a regualr 1996 Johnson 150 and the 1996 Johnson 150 Fastrike? Also wants to know what the primer bulb is for on the oil tank?

Decals are the difference, the primer bulb on the oil tank is for the guy rigging the motor to purge the oil system.
I believe that the Faststrikes and Intruders were also equipped with harder motor mounts for better handling at positive trim settings and an gearcase mounted speedo pickup and enhanced port timing for better high rpm power.
