    temp.warning light

    has any one installed one of these lights. i bought one from orileys auto and hooked it up and it stayes on. hooked one side to power and other to sending wire (tan wire). is there a special light for this. thanks. this is the light i purchased.

    if the sending wire is energized when the engine is overly hot, then I would think the other wire needs to be connected to a ground, not power - that's why it's constantly on.
