etec rpm reduction, no oil again

i have twin '06 200 ho etecs and a few weeks ago i got the rpm reduction no oil alarm on my starboard motor. i took it to the dealer and was told i had a bubble in the line. they purged both motors and said i shouldn't have this problem again. last week i went to the bahamas for 4 days everything was fine until i got back to the inlet and i got the rpm reduction no oil alarm on my port motor, shut it off and start it again then the starboard motor gets the rpm reduction no oil alarm. any ideas of what this may be?
    thanks!

Are you getting toward the bottom of the tank when this happens? Does it do it after long runs, only at idle, choppy water?

Have the dealer run the motor with the new diagnostic software and watch the oil pressure and missed pulses, this should give him some direction in what is causing the problem.

Ask the dealer tech to call his factory hotline.

There is a software update that should be installed in your motor, I think it became available about 6-19 this year.

Ask your tech to hold the oil primer ball vertical and rebleed the oil line, then run the priming program for 90 seconds using the laptop. Then have him remove the oil pressure sensor while someone slowly squeezes the bulb and reinstall it to get out ANY type of air bubble. Ty-rapping the sensor both vertically and horizontally to keep it from vibrating around is a good idea, too. Make sure he (or she) inspects the sensor's wiring connection where it is ty-rapped to the motor and see that it is not pinching or rubbing the wire.

Also have the tech inpect the oil hose routing to make sure that there are no kinks in it or any dips or loops that can trap air.
