    Spring fishing trip?

I'm planning to go fish at one of these three lakes in mid March. Beaver lake, Bull Shoals, or Table Rock. Never been to any of them. Which would have the best fishing at this time of year? Quachita is also a possiblility. Any info would help. Thanks in advance.

Don't know about the others and never fished them, but IMO you can't go wrong at the Rock

flip a coin,, with all 3 of them being so close what is happening at one is most likely happening at all 3. actually they are all close enough that you might try all 3 of em, depending how long your coming for. if i had to do just one coming as far as you are i would prolly choose the rock. not only is it simply gorgeous and great fishing there is also a lot of other stuff to do. especially when it comes to nite life, dining etc. Branson is a fun time. tons of shows to see, many great resturaunts and lots of other stuff too. you can get a condo as cheap as a motel in most cases. there is thousands of em. search vrbo.com.

I've never been on Beaver but have been on Bull Shoals and Table Rock and either would be hard to beat. Personally I'd pick Table Rock just because I'm more familiar with it. Enjoy!

We used to go to Table Rock end of March -first of April and had good time. We always stayed at Happy Hollow Resort. It's right across the lake from Big Cedar Lodge. Great place to stay, reasonable rates that time of year, nice accomadations, docks and easy wak down to dock. They have their own boat ramp, and it was always clean with great view of the lake. I think they have new owners as of last year, but if I were to go back, this is where we would stay.
