Wow..... the Iowa is out of it's banks again just north of Wapello. We saw this past weekend how bad it was through the middle of the state too. With all the rain in the forecast this could get really ugly!

fished the Iowa Bass Anglers on sunday, the water levels were so high the launch boat dock was at submerged by at least 2-3 feet by weigh in. Very dirty water indeed

How did the tournament go. I wanted to fish that one but we had a club tournament yesterday.
I was wondering what they will do with the Elite. It starts the
26th of June. Fort Madison will be a mess. Early this spring
it was up to the railroad tracks at the park. I talked to a friend there
this morning and they are looking for a alternate ramp.
I fished out of Dallas City Saturday. The river was up to the parking lot, but was still able to launch. Our best 5 fish that day would of been right at 20 lbs.!! We boated between 35 and 40 fish, most being nice chunky keeper fish.
I do have to say that it was the worst day I have ever had for navigating on the river. We got soaked a few times.
Hope everything levels out in time for the big boys to show!
