Does anyone know what kind of material the motor cowling of my 04 HPDI is made of? I would like to powdercoat it but need to know if it can withstand the cure time in an oven. Any info is appreciated. Also if anyone has done this please let me know.

Isn't it fiberglass with metal reinforcement? Probably aluminum? That's what I thought. Heavy though isn't it? I know my 225 HPDI is.
