Is it the same as the difference between a 9.9hp motor and a 15hp motor, the difference being the carbs? Are the blocks the same? Could I bolt something on to my 70 in order to give it a hp boost to a 90? Surely, there is no simple bolt on mod that I cna do, but I am hopeful.
