Boats with four-stroke or direct-fuel-injection, two-stroke engines are allowed. Traditional carbureted or electronic fuel injection (EFI) two-stroke engines are prohibited.

I'm glad California is taking such good care of their state. I guess it'll look pristine under the water when it falls of into the ocean! I believe if they thought that the AIDS virus was in danger of being extinct, they'd try to save it!
