While finishing up the winterization of my motor (2008 150 Vmax) I noticed that the old lower unit fluid was kind of sickly looking. I assumed it was perhaps due to moisture and that I should have it checked out when I get it out in the spring. The darn thing is pretty much brand new so I can't imagine any seals would be bad already.
I was wondering if it could have been due to how cold it was. The temperature in the barn was probably 15-20 degrees.
Thanks
Ted
