Surging at high speeds

I have a HPDI 250 (2007) When I run the boat full throttle.I get a little surging,(very little) just enough I notice. RPM's 100 maybe 200. I wonder if a hpdi, could be starving or loading up. Has anyone had a problem like this. (it only surging at the very end of the pedal) Back off a 1/4 to 1/2 in and its stops!!!

Mine was doing the same thing and it turned out to be the filter in the VST tank... , but after I changed it , it really woke the motor up as I gained 1.6 mph....
