Got the Johnson back from the shop today. Had the waterpump changed, had a complete tuneup, they replaced all the filters, gaskets, lube, and they ran it on the dyno before and after. Before it was at 150hp at the propshaft, after with the heads shaved some it dynoed at 205hp!! Woohoo, I can't wait to try it out, hoping to spin a 25 renegade upto 5600 - 5700, but its supposed to snow tomorrow. Don't know how you folks can stand too stare at a new boat all winter, it would drive me nuts. What do you all think, can I spin a 25 renegade upto 5600 on a Tr-186? Was turning 5100 max, would 55hp gemme 500rpms?
