I have a 225 HO E-Tec...It has sat in my garage for the past month and a half...Finally made it to the lake Sunday, thinking I would have to crank and crank
to get her fired up...WRONG!!! She fired on the first turn of the keyswitch just like I had been fishing the day before...I didn't have to squeeze the fuel bulb or nothing!!!!
Just AWESOME

I do have a question for the experts here on the board however, My boat will sit in my garage (during the winter only) for maybe a month at a time for a slightly warm day (anything over 32 degrees works for me) to come along...Is there anything I need to do to keep the motor in good shape? (Fuel conditoner, heated blanket, or anything else)
I may fish several days in a row and then due to rain and snow not fish for a month or month and a half...Any suggsetions???
Again I just want to say that BRP did their homework beofre this motor was released, I had a 1998 175 Ficht and it was junk....E-Tec's are JUST AWESOME!!!![]()
