If by "O/T", you mean "Optimax", then the answer is YES, they do.

All engines utilizing the "555, PCM03, PCM07, PCM08, or PCM09" processors have engine hours recorded.
SOME of the earlier models do as well.
2.5 liter models with the "Big Black EFI Cummins ECU" bolted to the front have no memory, and cannot record engine hours.
