07 250 Pro XS Blowing Igntion Fuses

    Gentlemen,

Last week when running back to ramp, motor shut down with no warning alarms.
Got bank to ramp and found 20 amp fuse blown. Replaced fuse and motor started right up. Thought problem was solved. However, today took boat out again, blew fuse in first 3 minutes of start up. Replaced again and blew almost immediately. Any ideas?

LIKELY SHORTED IGNITION COIL. DO NOT REPLACE THE FUSE AGAIN!

Highly recommend that you get this in to the dealer immediately for repair. Continuing to replace the fuse will quite likely result in further damage to the electrical system- possibly even the PCM (computer).
