Weather was extremely hot this weekend. I idled through a no wake zone. I saw a buddy fishing a point and stop to talk for a minute. When I restarted the boat the alarm was a solid beep. I shut the boat off and restarted. No further alarm. Did the alarm go off because of heat that was generated after I shut the boat off and restarted it within about 1 minute.

The second thing it did that was not normal was I had the boat die on me on two occasions at start up. Fire right up and die when put in gear. Ran fine the rest of day. Possible heat related also? Or is this the issue that everyone has been experiencing with fuel and spark plug gap. It does have the low RPM skip but has had it since new. I do run quickcleen in every tank since new.
