Hey, anybody miss me while I was gone? I know Ryan and Sam did because they both called me while I was away. Another great weekend to be fishing and for some catching. One of the highlights of my weekend was on Friday during practice when I towed a Triton 21X in that had sacrificed a lower unit to Truman Lake. Should have gotten a picture of that. Thought I had em in practice, but ended up falling short during the T and came in 12th. A total of 88.73 pounds was weighed for the club on Truman. Sunday on LOZ was humbling for some of us while others excelled. Typical, right? 51.11 pounds was weighed on Sunday on the Osage River (LOZ). I had em in the current on Thursday, but they did not release any water Sunday until 2 PM. We weighed in at 2 PM. I managed an 8th place on Sunday (Thank God for small fish!). Here is a pic of a 3 ½ pounder from Truman on Saturday, the Toon in the background is the one I towed. Pro's Chioce Marine rebuilt his lower unit in one day.
