Fished truman saturday. Nobody was doing well. Heard some people saying it was the worst day they've had in years! There's something about the algae not blooming so the shad are not active.

I was there a week ago. They are in 15 - 20 feet. Deep divning cranks on river channel points. Also 10 worms t-rig or a 1 oz jig in the BIG cedars.
