    Doc Visit

Had a doctor’s appointment this morning and it went pretty well. While I am a bit behind in my recovery process due to the lingering complications he seemed pretty pleased that I’ve been following the rules and have not tried to run any marathons just yet. So I will go on in to Physical Therapy starting tomorrow in which I will begin weight bearing at 20%. Good news bad news is that if all goes well I should solo (without crutches or a wheelchair) in about 4 weeks, good because that’s the week before the firearms deer season opens and is only ½ as much of the adjusted estimate after I had the aforementioned complications; bad because I will most likely miss Table Rock since the date was moved up one week to 11 & 12 Nov. Anyway, it appears that I’m on the mend.

Sounds like you are at least headed in the right direction. Hope the rest of the recovery goes well.

    Bob -

We can always set you up a ground blind. I would more than happy to help.

Or we can spray paint your brand new truck camo and you can just hunt from it

I'll probably just sit on the ground, it worked last year

Get a temp handicap permit and hunt off a four wheeler.
Better yet, kick back at the crib, drink some beer, and con your buddies into shooting, gutting, and processing one for ya.
