My wife and I visted the plant yesterday to have our passenger console installed. I can't say enough about Mark and his staff. They were great took care of few minor things with the boat that I hadn't even noticed. Mark showed us the plant and took the time to explain the whole process from start to finish. I'm one of the guys who bought a Phoenix without driving based on reputation and what I'd heard about customer service. Yesterday confirmed everything that I had heard and more. Thanks again to Mark and his staff, ya'll are the best.
