Would not surprise me. Lakes are rising a foot per day while they are still dumping water.

I heard that it is suppose to be 366from a very good scource.
You can see the predicted data here. http://www.tva.gov/lakes/kyh_r.htm Looks like they plan to still be spilling 180,000 tomorrow with the lake at 360.5 Saturday.

I didn't know many were open anyways. Last weekend, on Fri. night I saw only 3 gates open, and then 4 on Sunday.
The Ohio is up! Can't really send much water down to Paducah right now...![]()
We've got streets closed in Louisville right now due to the Ohio. Hasn't been this high since 2005.
Monroe lake in Indiana a few hundred miles north of you guys is way up also and they never let it get this high but the rivers can't handle anymore right now
My wife crossed the bridge on the way to Jetta and had to call me. She was amazed at how much water was coming through the damn. Every gate wide open!
One of the best springs I had down there was when the water was 365, I'd say stick a cork in it and let's go fishin!
Art Carney - Licking the mops at Porcini's since 2009.
I've got a buddy fishing for a 10 day marathon...started on Thursday....hasn't done worth a squat yet. He's mainly targeting crappie. He said the lake is on the way up, said he talked to a guy with TVA and the lake is forecasted to crest at 7' over summer pool assuming we don't get any good rain between now and then.
He's going to try and target the bass in lieu of the crappie today and tomorrow. He may pack it up and head back home to Louisiana early if it doesn't improve any...![]()
Well I am here at Green turtle it is nice but man the water is up almost over the bridges in a few places on the way here. Never seen this lake this high where to start with the water up like this...
At monroe I would just go as far back in a cove as I can and flip away.... Any thought on how to catch the big bass in this crazy weather
