Thanks to all. I value all the opinions here. I also have a good friend for many years who is an Evinrude Master Tech. (as some here are ) In addition to all your opinions I asked him what he would do. He stated the following:

As others have stated here, It is a very, very small leak. I was told that one drop of water could create what I found. So Small that it would be virtually impossible to find the exact seal that caused this. He advised that at this point he would not attempt to repair until it got worse, if it got worse at all. With such a small amount of moisture, it could have been any number of things which could have caused this and it may not even show up when changing the lube next season.

Only other option would be to reseal the entire unit which would have a small risk of creating other leaks. So, monitor lube closely and see how she looks season to season.

I am providing this advise so that others who may have a similar situation can make an educated decision on how to handle their specific situation.
