    oil for UFP hubs

    What weight oil is used for oil filled hubs? I can not find 50w hub oil. I can fine 50w motor oil. What brands and where can I find this oil? thanks

    50 w motor oil is correct.

    I can find 50 sae oil, does not have the "W" with it. I did order oil over the net. I've looked at autozone, carquest, and advance auto. nothing. got some coming from pacific trailers.

    Ranger boats used 20W50 Valvoline racing oil at the factory to fill the oil filled hubs.

    I believe that Ranger uses straight 50 weight Vavoline racing Oil, not 20W50.
