    Loose connection

    When I click on an external link or pic I loose my connection with BBC ??? any thoughts????

    What internet browser are you using ?? IE,Firefox Etc.

    why dont you just use I/E to surf the web instead of outlook office.About the only thing you can do is under "file" open up a new web browser.
