    Canned Deer

    I'm thinking about canning some deer meat this fall. Anyone done this and have some tips or good recipes?

    I don't have any recipes but my Grandfather had cattle and we used to have Canned beef.....It made the greatest Gravy and Roasts....
    I would think that Canned Venison would be awesome...
