    goin to make deer jerky

    I am goin to make some deer jerky and was wondering what kind of sauces yall used?Please let me know i am wanting to try some Thanks

    I got a jerky making kit from the grocery store. It came with seasoning and the cure. It turned out real well. Even my wife likes it and she won't eat deer meat. I will get the name of it tonight when I get home.

    Sorry it took so long to reply. The stuff we used is called Jerky Cure by Rocky Mountain products.
    We used the original recipe and it was great.
