Ok, I have never eaten Carp. But the Missouri has over flowed her banks and hundreds of carp and flat heads have been stranded in about a foot of water in a field. My son felt the need to bring home a carp already cleaned and put it in the freezer.

Other than the recipe where you finish by eating the cardboard, anyone have any carp recipes that are any good?
