I just had to let you guys in on this. My wife just bought one of those household steam cleaners. This one is called a Steam Shark, sold by Sears. It's very compact with a shoulder strap so you can carry it around easily. Anyway, I thought this was another $50 gadget that would get piled into a closet with the other junk. Wrong!!! I watched her using this thing to clean tile countertops, bathroom fixtures, etc.. with no cleansers whatsoever.
Last Saturday I caught her gone to town, so I fired this thing up and headed for the Ranger in the garage. It's amazing. All those little cracks and crevises that dirt and dried wax like to accumulate clean with ease. No more tooth brushes and Qtips. It also removes and grease or oil, instantly. Carpet stains disappear. Just don't hold it in one place too long. Remember it is steam! I even tried it on what I thought was clean vinyl. Now I have to do the whole interior.
Hope she goes to town again tomorrow!
