Johnson 150 2003, still acting like heat soak although yesterday it was VERY mild out and the water temp was also down to 72. Fished the shade just to make sure, and it still did the stalling thing after fishing for 45 mins. It will run perfect if I go back and pump the bulb EVERY TIME. Put a new Factory bulb on earlier, no difference. I have read that several guys have went down 3 sizes in the slow idle jets and had success. Is this what I must do, and how would that stop the stalling? It just seems that the system does not stay primed, for some reason. Obviously I can go to the back of the boat and prime the bulb every time, but what a P I T A. I want a fix, but am willing to try to get it right before going to an electric fuel pump. I already did the "adjust the roller cam" and "decoke with seafoam", and purchased the Factory manual. Just frustrated and looking for advise from guys that have already been through this.
