Question about led light colors on a trailer

I didn't want to hijack the other post but I am now curious.

I know red and blue are usually illegal but are there laws regarding white lights?

I want to put Bluewater ss lights on each side to light up the wheel wells. Does anyone know if this would be okay or does the white need to be amber?

White or amber are legal. White looks really nice compared to the amber, just gives you more visibility on dark ramps and night loading.

I agree. The amber does do the job but I like the look of white much better.

Storm 22, Are your lights on the bottom of the trailer rails or on the inside bottom edge of the rails?

I've got four of Mikes LED mounted under the wheelwells on the trailer, makes its SOOOO easy to back down a dark ramp and see your wheels. I need to add a couple more to the back.
