screw holes

I just picked up a used ranger. it has several screw holes where radio, fishfinder ect. were mounted. now I have 8 holes in my dash and 4 more in the top of the sidewall next to the console. any idea what I can do with them other then a total restore. also there is a dig in the gelcoat the size of a quarter that is down to the fiberglass. i would like to repair this spot or at least make it less noticable. any ideas

would have to see where and how large, but the ones in the dash can likely be filled with silicone and then covered over with newly installed gear or decals.
