Deck padding adhesive Question

Just got my deck padding from Clarks and would like to know what is the best adhesive to use to glue the padding to the fiberglass deck and then the Bass Cat carpet to the padding itself. I have used contact cement on the edges of my lids and outdoor carpet adhesive for the bigger areas.
I am thinking of using 3m 90 for the padding to glass deck but not too sure about the carpet to padding.

I helped a friend replace his front padded deck and carpet on a Z520, Ranger suppled the cement, it was contact cement.
