Well guys , This is my 1976 DX11 BassCat Trihull. I bought it 4 years ago and have been working on it since then. I have decided to work on the hull over the winter. As you can see the thing is chipped up bad. It is starting to leak alittle so Its time for a bottom job. My question is how far to go down on the color to re fiberglass this and not have to redoo it in a few years? How far away from the exposed glass should I sand? How many layers of mat should it take to do this right? Should I use anything else to fortify the keel to stop this again? Now all I have to do is figure out how to get the boat on its back to do all this, lol. I can't figure how to get my pics added to the post?<br /><br />
