I want to paint the inside of my live wells, underneath all my locker lids and bilge area. I would like a smooth white finish. What would be the best product to get this accomplished. I will be using a brush and roller. I know the prep work will make or break this job and I am prepared for that. Just want a good product that will self level well.

It will work, you just need to prep the surface real well for it to get a good bond.
You'll need to clean the livewell after the application. This type of gelcoat has wax already in the mixture and it migrates to the surface it is applied to after it is catalyzed to seal out air.
You'll need to scrub down the entire livewell after you re gelled to remove the wax and any contaminants that migrated out with it, otherwise, you may have some unhealthy fish in there when you go to use it.
