Got a potential project boat, but have a few questions. Bottom of boat has some serious damage/scrapes on the keel where the gel coat is gone and the rax fiberglass is exposed. The corners on the rear of the boat are also ground flat. The side of the boat has a spot that looks like it was driven into a dock. The gelcoat is spidered below where the rub rail took the hit. Looks like I would have to take the cap off to reglass the damaged rub rail area.

Its a mid nineties Bass Cat, just the hull and my main concern is that having the fiberglass that exposed, does it have a foam liner that would be ruined? I have experience with fiberglass repair, although not on boats. Any advice on what to look for is greatly appreciated.
