    hot foot cable

    i am going to put a hot foot on my 1992 362 ranger with a 150 faststrike motor,my cable has these numbers on it, morse d302029-000 120.0 i am thinking this is a 12' cable so i must need a 14' cable is this right,thanks

    Yep get the 14' but leave the cable hooked up at the control box. Disconnect it at the motor and coil it back into the battery compartment as a Just in case thing. Run a new cable from the motor to the HF.

    just put a hot foot in mine and I put a 12 in mine
